FENIX is a modern Greek - Mediterranean dining experience built around the concept of the firebird. The menu was developed by a renowned Executive chef team recruited out of Athens and Mykonos, blending experience in Japanese, Peruvian and French cooking with Modern Greek - Mediterranean cuisine.

These combinations provide the mosaic of dishes found at FENIX where traditional ingredients and flavours are reborn through interesting pairings and innovative techniques. Cooked over fire in the centre of the restaurant, out of the ashes rises the FENIX.
