Fenix

A Modern dining experience risen from the simplicity and traditions of Greek-Mediterranean cooking. Utilising live flame to invoke powerful flavours.

Fenix is the group’s modern Greek experience built around the concept of the mythical firebird that inspires the name. Combining escapism through dramatic interiors with live charcoal flame cooking to transport guests on a culinary adventure through ancient Greece.

Louis

Recognising the glamour and energy of 1950’s New York City. An Italian American dining and live music experience straight off the silver screen.

Louis offers a luxury dining experience inspired by the vibrant era of 1950s New York, blending classic Italian and American cuisine with a daily live roster of musical talent. Heirtage design and fine silverware pairs with loud and vibrant modern paintings from some of the world’s most famous artists, transporting guests to a world of timeless elegance and sophistication.
