Fenix is the group’s modern Greek experience built around the concept of the mythical firebird that inspires the name. Combining escapism through dramatic interiors with live charcoal flame cooking to transport guests on a culinary adventure through ancient Greece.

The restaurant and bar launched to critical acclaim in the UK in 2023, instantly being recognised as one of the most innovative concepts of the year through multiple award nominations. The restaurant is currently the groups highest performer in terms of sales and profit conversion. A second flagship location will launch in London’s Mayfair at the end of 2025 followed by the first international outpost in Dubai.
